Dose of Happiness

Life gives you everything: the good, the bad, the highs, the lows, the challenges, the accomplishments. What you need to learn is to embrace them, but don't get attached to them. The moment attachment comes, life becomes miserable. You will become vulnerably dependent on the outcome. The journey will cease to be important. Your happiness will depend upon end-goals. You'll forget the sole purpose, to live life to the fullest, to find joy in every moment. To learn along rather than rush to the endpoint.

Give time to yourself. Find a hobby. If you don't have any. Develop one. This will help you alleviate the stress and restlessness of completing the process and moving on to the next one. Moreover, it will help you process the journey, appreciate the small joys, and even the setbacks. It helps you fall in love with yourself, your own company. No stress of impressing anyone, no pressure of achieving something. Just being there for some time, for yourself, for nurturing the child inside you.
